Our personally assigned valet will be waiting to assist you in the short-term parking area nearest your terminal. On your return, you will find your vehicle waiting for you outside your gate — along with your valet — the moment you step off your flight.

1. FreedomPark will send a text message to your cell phone notifying you of your departing gate and your valet meeting location at the DFW airport.

2. Your valet will be in the upper level One hour Parking garage nearest your departure gate. For terminal D, your valet will be curbside on the upper departure level

3. When you arrive for your departure, look for your valet in a bright red shirt or jacket that reads “Airport Valet Parking” across the front.

4. Your valet will help assist you with luggage and hand over a claim check for you to keep until your arrival

1. When you land, you will receive a text message to your cell phone directing you from your arrival gate to the crosswalk where your valet will be waiting for you.

2. Your valet will be assigned to the nearest outdoor crosswalk closest to your security exit.

3. Your valet will assist you with your luggage to the garage where your car is parked.

4. You must provide your claim check upon arrival to receive car. In the event you lose it, you may show a valid ID.

We are an offsite valet service. We meet you at your gate and bring your vehicle back to our secure compound facility. Our parking lot is 100% covered and secured. Rest knowing that your vehicle is being well taken care of during your travels.

We accept oversized vehicles. Certain garages at the DFW Airport may not be tall enough to fit oversized vehicles. In this case, we would meet you downstairs curbside so we can avoid parking in the garage. Let us know if you have an oversized vehicle so we can accommodate you accordingly.

If your flight is running early or late, there is no need to call us. We track your flight through an FAA radar service. However, in the event of a flight change, you will need to call to update us with the new information. That way we can be ready on time for you upon your arrival

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your reservation start time:

• 

  You will receive a full refund of your parking fees and taxes

• 

  A $10 cancellation fee will apply

• 

  Booking fees are non-refundable

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation start time:

• 

  No refund will be issued on parking fees, taxes, or booking fees

When you enter the airport, you may do so using either your toll tag, or by pulling a ticket. FreedomPark recommends that you use the TICKET only lane so that we can take care of the entry fee when we leave with your vehicle.

When you return, we will use your toll tag or ticket (your preference) and you will be required to pay a $3 exit toll to leave the airport

If somebody else is picking or dropping off your vehicle, you will need to provide the guest information to our guest coordinators, so they are able to authorize another party to access your vehicle
